Location: all cities,IL, USA
Responsible for creating, vetting, completing, and escalating (as needed) of incidents/requests entered into the service management system, maintains inventory system for both equipment check-out and asset management, and escalate issues in a timely fashion. Provides front line tech support complementing and mentoring the student technology workforce. Collaboration with other IT team members to resolve technical issues is expected.
* Provides support for technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services.
* Install, configure, customize to established specifications desktop workstations, application software, and peripheral devices for office, lab, and mobile use.
* Use equipment request system, delivery and setup of audiovisual and other technologies for internal and external events as requested and required.
* Setup and maintain classroom technology.
* Assist instructors and users of equipment on proper use.
* Document and update solutions and create knowledge base articles as needed.
Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree with 2-3 years in a technical service desk environment
