The Firm was founded in 1984 and is currently responsible for advising on more than $2.5 billion in client net worth.ROLE OVERVIEWThe position of Client Servicing Associate for The Coury Firm's Private Wealth division is an integral part of the team. The Client Servicing Associate will be responsible for directly supporting and collaborating with the Firm's Private Wealth personnel, including but not limited to Wealth Advisors, Wealth Strategists, Wealth Planners, other Client Service Associates, and Senior Management. The ideal candidate will manage tasks to ensure that our reporting, databases, and ongoing processes are accurately maintained. Key responsibilities include preparing client paperwork, performing data governance, and inputting and monitoring client information across various internal systems.This individual will need to provide executive level administrative support while offering concierge level service and attention. Strong attention to detail and organization will be critical to the success of this position.RESPONSIBILITIESA Client Servicing Associate at the Firm must be able to perform the following responsibilities:Support and manage client documentation using our client relations management system (AdvisorEngine) and document management system.Manage all client cashiering and servicing paperwork from creation to submission at custodial banks, insurance carriers, fund administrators, or other third parties.Driving client onboarding processes and supporting maintenance of relationships by acquiring and utilizing important client relation specific details to support wealth advisory team, this might eventually include client facing communication.Assist firm compliance with data governance checks and work with wealth advisory team to be proactive in verifying data integrity on an ongoing basis.Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client reporting & presentations and follow up on all client materials with the wealth advisory team to be proactive in verifying data integrity on an ongoing basis.Assist with ensuring practices are in alignment with the Firm's policies and procedures to support operational excellence.Supports day-to-day team activities and needs in times of absence or seasonal increases, while leading with a client-first mindset.QUALIFICATIONSA Client Servicing Associate at the Firm must possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree, with two or more years related experienceSeries 65 or 66 preferredKnowledge of industry rules and regulations; Schwab or other custodial platform experience is preferredPossess exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interface in a professional, cordial, and confident mannerDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects, workflows, and competing prioritiesMaintain discretion in handling confidential informationAbility to collaborate effectively and work well within a team structureEthically driven with an unwavering client commitmentSKILLSA Client Servicing Associate at the Firm must possess the following skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OutlookAbility to adapt easily and learn new technologies/systemsExperience with Portfolio Management Software such as TamaracExceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skillsDetail oriented with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
