PRIMARY FUNCTION : Serves as primary IS liaison for standard client service requests, including, but not limited to, desktop solutions, servers, LANS and printing services. Provide leadership for Client Solutions Analyst Trainees. Communicate regularly with Network and Technology Services Management teams concerning recommendations for improving client services and support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Peforms analysis and requirements gathering with clients
- Install/Implement solutions at client locations
- Perform other technical activies such as: hardware installation, network/database troubleshooting
- Assist with multiple teams and projects ensuring projects goals are achieved according to plan
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES needed in addition to Essential Functions:
- Experience in .NET, SQL, and HTML

Qualifications EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma required. BA or BS degree in Computer Science, software development, or related technology field preferred.
