The Client Solutions Analyst will support the execution and management of client and product initiatives, with a strong focus on data analytics, operational coordination, and process improvements. Working closely with senior team members, internal stakeholders (Business Development, Product, Operations, IT), and external partners, this role ensures timely delivery of solutions while contributing to business intelligence and operational effectiveness. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Solution Implementation & Follow-up
- Execute client & product delivery of complex solutions supporting client, product and Assurant's vision and culture.
- Responsible for documentation and process/system flows in easy-to-understand format for internal and external parties.
- Work alongside senior team members to help implement product and client solutions that achieve intended outcomes.
- Solutions can include but are not limited to new client onboarding, client requested features, Assurant platform improvements, new product features and operational improvements.
Operational Support
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams from IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product to support the execution of client and product solutions.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects from development to implementation, working closely with operational teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency of project delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Co-ordinate analysis of client and product data to generate actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Assist in gathering and interpreting data for financial modeling, forecasting, and journey mapping.
Process Re-engineering & Tool Utilization
- Support process re-engineering efforts by identifying inefficiencies and working on solutions to streamline workflows.
Project Oversight
- Assisting the client, product & Implementation teams to manage all of the critical elements from concept to solution design, to financial modeling, journey mapping, testing, evaluation, and roll out.
What are the requirements need for this position? - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination or data analytics, ideally within product development, service delivery, or business analysis roles
- Ability to analyze and process complex data from multiple sources and deliver clear recommendations
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge and experience in extended service contracts, device cycle management and/or the service industry preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Able to understand and manage through complex issues and proven ability to develop solutions that generate favorable results
- Proven understanding of how processes and systems interact
- Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing solutions
- Organized and structured in thought, approach, and communication
- Extensive understanding industry and emerging trends desired
- Able to successfully navigate through organizational complexity
- Able to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions and communicate actions.

- Able to connect personally, demonstrate knowledge of client's business and communicate our value

- Probes in a consultative way for understanding of client's needs and business drivers to create business solutions
- Is considered a client-acknowledged subject matter expert
- Bilingual - Spanish/English or other language a plus
LI-remote Pay Range: $71,300.00 - $119,100.00 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
