Job requirementsWhat can you expect?As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will strategize with client teams and support teams on daily deliverables for client specific solutions for configuration. This role is responsible for managing processes & metrics by managing day to day configuration deliverables and team prioritization. They are accountable for the overall end to end technical solution to meet the client's administration needs.
What you'll be doing - Assess client custom requirements and consult on best practice technical solutions as well as alternate custom solutions
- Participate in client calls related to Open Enrollment Readiness and/or custom requirements and update requirement artifacts as needed for the new plan year setup as well as ongoing change requests
- Proactively identify and implement processes that can improve efficiency and reduce workloads
- Lead efforts of in-depth analysis of client defects
- Responsible for product level business acceptance testing efforts with documented test plans and strict adherence to controls framework minimizing risk to the organization
- Responsible for configuration of client rules, plans, and enrollment sites (where offshore restrictions apply)
- Communicate and track project deliverables and implement mitigation plans, where applicable
- Serve as primary escalation contact for internal and external stakeholder inquiries as it relates to system configuration and rules engine
- Actively participate and engage with product owners and IT on product roadmap, where applicable
What we're looking for - BA/BS degree w/ 0-2 years' work experience, or associate's degree w/ minimum 3+ year technical client management work experience or, High School Diploma w/ 5+ years technical client management work experience
- Health and Benefits Administration domain knowledge
- Critical thinking skills and analytical analysis ability.
- Change and project management aptitude
- Technical attributes and/or knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- SQL/Java knowledge and ability to write basic queries
- Database structure knowledge
