GLG is seeking a Healthcare Client Solutions Manager in Austin and New York to own and drive client relationships within the Healthcare Client Solutions organization at GLG. Our Client Solutions team is the engine driving GLG - the World's Insight Network. Client Solutions Managers work directly with our clients - professionals at the world's top corporations, investment firms, management consultancies, and non-profits - connecting them with the right experts so they can act with the confidence to make great professional decisions. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provide best-in-class client service including proactive client communication, problem solving with clients, and building trust throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Project manage full suite of GLG products, including identifying and/or escalating product cross-selling opportunities
- Owns account(s) and user(s) including executing account and user engagement strategies set forth by Team Leader or Business Development
- Uses data to track and articulate performance
- Engages with Team Leader and Business Development to problem solve service, workflow and commercial opportunities
- Provides mentorship and role models best in class client service behaviors to more junior team members
- Participates in team, business unit or Americas wide strategic initiatives across training, tech, service and workflow
- Independently identifies compliance issues, escalates as needed to Team Leader and compliance team; can address compliance matters/questions with clients
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree (required) or higher in science or healthcare
- 4+ years of client service, business development or customer facing roles
- Results-oriented focus and track record of business growth/turnaround
- Ability to work responsibly, both independently and collaboratively as need warrant in a fast-paced, competitive, client service-oriented work environment
- Excel in a metrics-driven, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment
- Passion for problem solving and delighting clients
- Curious, experimental, adaptive
- Superior communication skills and proven ability to engage senior professionals

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
