The Client Solutions Specialist serves as an essential technical resource for internal teams, external clients, and worksite employees, focusing on our HRIS, Learning Management System, Performance Management, and Applicant Tracking products. This role is pivotal in implementing these products successfully and ensuring their continuous maintenance.

This role is a hybrid role of high end customer service and a strong understanding of the technology platforms ExtensisHR partner with to give our clients the robust HR offering they have come to expect. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with consistent client interaction, partnerning regularly with multiple ExtensisHR departments such as Sales, Implementation, HR, and others; while still having the understanding of how these platforms assist our clients with their everyday HR needs.

HRIS & Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for the implementation and support of Learning Management, Performance Management, E-Verify, and Applicant Tracking systems for both new and existing clients.
  • Manage training, implementation, and ongoing assistance for ancillary products tailored to client needs.
  • Implement PTO setups and ongoing HRIS operations for assigned clients within ExtensisHR platform.
  • Collaboratively address and escalate Level 1 HRIS product issues, ensuring timely resolution with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and communicate client updates with internal service team utilizing ticketing system within the CRM.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Client Solutions Team Lead or HR Operations Manager as needed.
  • Respond to advanced service delivery inquiries.
  • Maintain HRIS files daily, generate reports for clients, and handle email correspondence in accordance with standard SLAs.

Education

  • BA or BS Degree required
  • Customer Service experience is a must. Corporate customer service such as account management or call center experience highly desirable.
  • Payroll, HR, or PEO experience is very nice to have but not required. A strong interest in HR is extremely beneficial.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Excel

Work Experience

  • Exposure to HR Systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and Performance Management beneficial.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client service environment highly desirable
  • Technology background/help desk experience a plus.
