Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hybrid Client Success and Administration Specialist to join our team. This role combines client relationship management with administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for our clients while optimizing internal processes. Key tasks are business development email outreach and scheduling/calendaring for CEO of firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success/Business Development:

  • Send business development emails to investors and executives on behalf of CEO and schedule meetings.
  • Ability to work with CRM and various databases to track business development outreach with CEO.
  • Monitor client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Build relationships with executive administration staff for several investors to aid in the smooth scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Track business development success metrics and prepare reports for management.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update client databases and internal documentation.
  • Support the team with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help develop and streamline processes to improve efficiency across departments.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Liaise with marketing team on events, outreach for new business and other relevant marketing related items.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in client success, account management, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Role is part time and contract—potential for longer term opportunities
