Summary: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations/Sales Agent Associate - Oversight - to manage and support all sales agents in areas related to enrollment, compliance, and managing client complaints. This position requires an individual with a comprehensive understanding of accident and health insurance, along with exceptional customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams to ensure seamless client experiences and compliance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Enrollment Oversight:Assist sales agents with any questions they have in the client enrollment process to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Ensure all required documentation and forms are complete and compliant with industry standards.

• Compliance Monitoring & Reporting:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Track, review, and report on compliance metrics. Proactively address any compliance issues identified in client or internal audits.

• Client Complaints Management:Act as the main point of contact for handling and resolving sales agents' complaints related to enrollment, commissions, and other service issues. Collaborate with sales agents and other departments to provide timely resolutions.

• Sales Agent Support & Training:Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents, ensuring they are well-informed about the enrollment process, regulatory changes, and best practices.

• Collaboration & Communication:Foster effective communication among sales agents to institute this role as their contact for specific concerns or issues.

• Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales agents' interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Using data analysis, generating reports to identify trends and improve the support process. Reporting would include pre-authorization requests to determine any issues. Assist with creating SOP's. Other Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations in the insurance and healthcare sectors.
  • Strongly preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accident and health insurance field or minimum of 2 years of experience in medical insurance, healthcare, or medical claims.
  • Experience in full enrollment processes including submission, verification, and compliance.
  • Proven track record in customer service, handling client inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions.
  • Data creation and interpretation experience to identify problems.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, insurance, or related field.

Computer Skills:

  • Above average skill using software programs including Microsoft Office Suite, and enrollment and billing software.

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
