About the Role You would be involved with managing our automated underwriting solution (Magnum) client relationships, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction through data insights, account management practices, and training/coaching opportunities. You would be responsible for ensuring clients' solutions perform optimally, are current, and meet their strategic needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting client engagement plans
- Assisting in preparing and delivering data insights to clients, collaborating with the wider team to deliver value add insights for each client's individual needs
- Collaborating with the wider solution team in ideation and identifying new opportunities for profitable growth with existing client relationships
- Supporting the creation of and maintenance training and procedural documentation
- Supporting process improvements

For Armonk, the base salary for this role is $70,000. Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only, and does not include short-and long-term incentives or other benefits offered.
