Job Description:
This role will be responsible for the onboarding, customer success and solution best practices for Gen II's reporting portal platform, Sensr Portal.As a member of Sensr's Customer Success Team, you will be an integral part of client implementation, working closely with our clients and Gen II's Client Service Teams.In addition, as an expert on the application, you will build strong relationships with our clients, ensure they are comfortable on the platform and gather feedback to share with the product team for future enhancements.Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing their on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption and value add, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, while working with other internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
Job Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years' experience in the financial services software industry.
  • Experience working on a SaaS solution would be ideal, specifically private equity reporting portals.
  • Private Equity knowledge a plus.
  • Experience with implementing large data sets on software.
  • Familiarity with Private Equity metrics and other Fintech solutions.
  • Spot inefficiencies in process and identify problems while proposing solutions to increase team efficiency.
  • Identify product gaps, communicate client needs and work with the product team, testing on an as needed basis.
  • Technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Extensive Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $121,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate's experience level.Work ArrangementAll applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of two (2) days a week in our office and three (3) days remotely.What we offer
