A successful Client Success Manager operates efficiently in this climate, maintains composure, exhibits professionalism, and delivers the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times.   • Support Client Onboarding
  • Have a excellent understanding of the client's business needs
  • Work with the client to make sure they are getting the support they need
  • Help with engaging customer support teams via escalation as needed
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customer
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+yrs experience managing customer accounts
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel
  • Experience with Infor or Lawson
  • Proficient in CRM and other Service Related Tools
  • Passion for Client Experience
  • Action oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
