We not only talk about rare; we are rare. 60% of our employees have a rare disease, bringing our mission to the core of everything we do.ABOUT THE ROLEBionews is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Success Manager to oversee the strategic execution of digital advertising campaigns for leading pharmaceutical brands. As a key member of our Ad Sales team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Ad Ops, and Audience Growth teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered seamlessly and exceed client expectations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Campaign Strategy: Provide strategic guidance and oversight for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • RFP Management: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on RFP responses, developing tailored campaign proposals that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Campaign Execution: Partner with Ad Ops, Audience Growth, and Performance teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, delivered on time, and meet or exceed brand KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insightful wrap reports to client partners
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling to drive business growth & retention

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, Communications or other relevant area)
  • 1-2+ years of experience in digital publishing sales support or a digital agency planning or buying
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills, positive and confident disposition when responding to frequent deadlines for multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
  • High attention to detail and strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic problem solving.
  • Fluency in digital media pricing models such as CPM; CPUV; CPC, etc.
  • Strong understanding of DCM, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with DoubleVerify, Crossix, IQVIA, etc.
