Job Description:
As a Client Success Manager, you will join their Service Delivery team and take on a portfolio of clients to manage. You are expected to keep a close pulse on your clients' use of the platform and monitor their delivery of services against each client's contractual KPIs. This looks like:- Project-manage the implementation of the company's platform and services- Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, and assume overall management of client adoption- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders and executive decision-makers to drive product adoption and ensure the client leverages the solution to achieve full business value- Partner with internal Company stakeholders to align account activities with the client's business case and strategy- Work with our Engagement team to educate clients on new features and releases- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, provide recommendations based on risk and clients' business needs- Conduct periodic client health-checks, identify renewal risk, and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal- Identify up-sell opportunities that map directly to each client's needs and/or pain points and initiate, and drive upsell conversations with the clientYour background looks like:- 2+ years of client success experience in a SaaS or similar company- A passion for building things that do not exist- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting and figure things out on the fly- Persistence to build relationships where none existed- Empathy with a knack for understanding what a client really needs and why- Strong ability to give an excellent presentation and write an eloquent email- A love of data, and a thorough understanding of how data-driven decision making transforms a product or business- Ability to multi-task and prioritize without being frazzled- Passion for providing top-notch client service- Tech-wise, you are comfortable analyzing data, drawing insights, creating graphs to visualize trends, and then communicating these with clients via reports and presentations- An eye for presentation and attention to detail- You've worked closely with product managers and engineers in the past and know how to draw others' expertise into a conversation
