The Client Success Partner is a proactive problem solver, providing support in post-sale activities, including implementation, account setup, onboarding, billing, reporting, and ongoing client relationship management to ensure long term success and satisfaction.The Client Success Partner will work a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at our Louisville, Kentucky location. Remote work is permitted on Mondays and Fridays.What you will do:
- Scale Customer Engagement of Sales Team
- Maximize Sales resources' selling time by taking on back-office tasks
- Connect with and coordinate internal resources to streamline contract-to-boarding processes
- Proactively collaborate with clients to research, implement, and monitor programs that support applications and business goals to ensure a positive relationship.
- Conduct research to communicate findings/solutions to assist sales representatives with maintaining and expanding strategic client base and revenue.
- Maintain tools to support the Sales teams
- Generate Client reporting and Client dashboards
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to support Customer training
- Analyze sales performance records, interpret resultsWhat experience you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in operations and retention support, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing customer relationshipsWhat could set you apart:
