We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Success Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service, support, and value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within AO Globe Life.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to assess client needs, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, leveraging your expertise and available resources.
• Product Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of our life insurance products and services to provide insightful recommendations and guidance to clients.
• Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on client performance, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our offerings.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

- Experience: preferably within the financial services or insurance industry but ofcourse, determination and willingness to learn is a must.

- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis to provide accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
