Role: Client Success Representative

As a team member, you will play a crucial role in assisting employees, employers, and brokers in the day-to-day operations of our third-party administration business. Your contribution will not only impact our clients directly but also play a significant role in our company's growth and evolution. Responsibilities:

  • Support employers in the day-to-day management of their pre-tax benefit offerings, including contract implementations and renewals.
  • Lead implementation calls for new employer partners to ensure smooth onboarding and understanding of our services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all clients and activities in our CRM to track and organize our work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by quickly responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues through various communication channels.
  • Educate employee participants on understanding and utilizing their benefits to maximize their value.
  • Assist the finance team by coordinating operational activities such as invoicing and accounts receivable to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Undertake other special projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of Alpine's services and operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $28.00 / hour ($58,240 annualized)
  • Non-exempt
  • Overtime eligibility based on business needs

  • 401(k) with employer match (eligible after 3 months of employment)

Company Overview:

Alpine is a third-party administrator specializing in managing employee benefits and COBRA for small to mid-sized businesses. As the exclusive third-party administrator for BerniePortal, Alpine plays a critical role in supporting BerniePortals broker partners and their clients with COBRA administration and pre-tax services. We are located in downtown Nashville and this position will be in-office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
