Spherion is recruiting a Client Support & Operations Specialist for our client in Asbury Park, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Leader and Operations Team.
  • Manage the account setup process for new customers, ensuring all details are accurate and in place.
  • Maintain updated cost and unit information for all accounts.
  • Enter all UPCs for various programs and ensure allocations are correct in the system.
  • Oversee shipments and delivery dates, providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Clean up reports and documents before passing them on to the next department.
  • Ensure accounts are properly set up in the system by coordinating with the operations team.
  • Answer all account-related questions and filter any issues to the sales team as necessary.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Provide detailed updates on account statuses, both internally and to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (beyond Pviot tables/v-lookups)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive support.
  • Experience in managing shipments, deliveries, and allocations preferred.
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within the organization.
