Client Support Professional:

Responsible for the customer experience by providing high touch support to Commercial clients by serving as a liaison between internal contacts such as Loan Operations, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations. Provides administrative support for Commercial Lenders as CSP workload requires. This position is 100% onsite.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handle daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing. Perform advances, transfers, payoffs and pay downs on loans. Good understanding of Bank's Policy and regulatory requirements such as the Patriot Act and Regs E, O, U, etc.

  • Troubleshoot and investigate complex or non-standard customer issues and onboard new clients.

  • Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing documentation packages, ensuring all vendor invoices are paid in a timely manner and gathering information to resolve issues or complete projects. Responsible for balancing lenders' loan expense accounts.

  • Prepare/complete loan due diligence such as searches, appraisal orders and credit reports, as well as, corporate documents as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' relevant experience providing customer support and loan support required.

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

  • Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various customer issues, and prioritize work.

  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Knowledge of consumer and commercial lending business and an excellent command of the English language.

  • Knowledge of banking concepts, practices, and procedures especially as it relates to consumer and commercial lending.

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, email and database software.

  • Must be flexible and willing to accommodate to the customer and team needs.
