Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join a consulting service organization in Cary, NC. As a Client Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with the services offered. Responsibilities:
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information for computer entry
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Responding to information requests from clients
- Answering phones and responding to client issues
- Onboarding new assignments
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred – insurance and/or horticulture industry experience
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms
- Able to process large amounts of information accurately and quickly
- Advanced data entry skills
- Project Coordinator and Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone demeanor
