JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist who will be dedicated to supporting the Sales Operations, Customer Partnerships team function through annual contract renewals. Activities including quotations and proposals, as well as the management of orders related to annual contracts. Other responsibilities will include other supporting functions including commercial documentation, system configuration verification, and channel partner communications. This position is located in Marlborough, Mass. and it will report to the Manager of Sales Operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Generate a list of contract renewals on a monthly basis.
* Prepare reports on client contracts on installed base vs. contract obligations.
* Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Client Account Manager on preparing information for account reviews, retention management additions/deletions, mergers, consolidations, and splits.
* Coordinate with Sales Operations Manager on pricing determination.
* Review and track all contractual documents for each client, such as, contract amendments, tax documents, purchase orders, etc. during time of submission.
* Send out renewal notifications to clients ninety (90) days in advance of expiration, and follow-up on lapsed renewals via phone or written correspondence.
* Ensure that clients are properly invoiced and provide billing instructions for accounting team.
* Work with clients to facilitate any midterm contract changes, and any other special equipment allocation issues.
* Enters orders received from clients and channel partners into ERP system.
* Works closely with Operations department to ensure that all orders are meeting export compliance requirements.
* Ensures CRM information is updated including but not limited to contact information, selling opportunity status, or other general account information, as necessary.
* Responds to and complete customer requests for commercial documentation, including but not limited to insurance, safety, compliance, quality, legal, or financial.
* May be assigned to execute other initiatives within the Sales Operations department.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, or equivalent related experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* 0-2 years of direct experience in a Sales Support or Sales Operations role.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* Successful record of accomplishments of working with cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* A history of meeting customer driven deadlines.
* An anticipation of needs and proactive approach.
* A professional demeanor at all times both with all stakeholders both internal and external to Doble.
* Previous CRM experience (Salesforce.com) preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
* Domestic and international travel, including air travel, may be required up to 10%.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required):
* Familiarity with Doble family portfolio.
* Fluency in additional languages other than English.
* Experience working in a global environment.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
Hourly Pay Range Minimum $25.39 - Midpoint $31.74
