Client Support Worker - Upson County - Gilmore Center - M-F Days 7:30am - 3:30pmPerform direct support to adults living with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a community-based service center. Supports must be provided as directed by the individual support plan. Services provided must be documented in the individual's electronic health record. Performs activities which support the indivual's inclusion in the community.NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates.
