Job Description: Client Tech Administrator - HubSpot CRM, Website and Event ManagementOverview:We seek a self-starting Client Tech Administrator to lead a website and CRM transition project and provide ongoing administrative support to members, committee leaders, and team members. As a HubSpot CRM, website content, and web developer/administrator, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining websites and web applications using the HubSpot CRM, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will work closely with the Client Association team to implement, optimize, and maintain the HubSpot website, CRM, and features. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of multiple golf tournaments each year using Golf Genius Tournament Management Software.Core Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and maintain websites, web applications, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS, JavaScript, and HTML.- Work with key stakeholders to operate, design, and iteratively improve HubSpot capabilities, as well as help prioritize and build consensus around HubSpot processes and outcomes.- Manage user access control and clean up obsolete/not-used reports, workflows, views, properties, and support internal tracking such as member onboarding and data management.- Customize and optimize HubSpot templates and modules to meet specific goals.- Integrate third-party tools and APIs with HubSpot to enhance functionality.- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure a seamless user experience.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot implementation.- Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices.- Plan, organize, and support multiple golf tournaments each year, including setup of events, online registration, roster management, and coordination with event organizers.- Support and assist members and event organizers before, during, and after each tournament.- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of CRM initiatives, website content, and golf tournaments.What You Bring to the MGA:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; or comparable work experience.- 1-2 years proven experience in CRM management, website content development, and web development/administration, preferably with HubSpot.- Understanding of website content management systems, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Experience organizing and managing events, particularly golf tournaments, is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service and a can-do mindset.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot CRM software.- Ability to travel on occasion.- Knowledge and passion for the game of golf are a plus.Compensation and Benefits- This is a full-time position that includes: travel expense reimbursement, paid time off (PTO), medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401K plan.- Compensation range is $60,000-75,000 and benefits are commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.- Performance-based bonus.- This hybrid position requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our office in Elmsford, NY.ABOUT THE MGA: The Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA), founded in 1897, is one of the nation's oldest, largest, and most prestigious amateur golf associations, serving more than 500 member clubs and 165,000 golfers in the greater Metropolitan New York Area.
