We're hiring a Climate Solutions Equipment Associate for our Power/HVAC division. In this role, you'll use your skills to help with jobsite installations and minor repairs on equipment, ensuring everything is done safely and professionally. You'll also be responsible for driving and operating delivery vehicles, and setting up HVAC, dehumidification, and air purification equipment at customer sites.

Every day offers a new challenge and the chance to grow. If you're ambitious, there's plenty of room to move up to higher-level Tech roles.

What You'll Do:

• Perform minor repairs, maintenance checks, and clean equipment.
• Report equipment condition before and after use.
• Show customers how the equipment works.
• Help with loading and unloading equipment.
• Take on other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC repair and maintenance (preferred).
• Mechanical skills and familiarity with tools.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to be on a 24/7 “on-call” rotation for emergency service.
