Position: Year-Round Tree Climber
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in the tree care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Trimming and removing trees for our customers.
+ Tree climbing, chipper, log loader operation, and ground cleanup.
Qualifications:
+ Prior experience climbing for a tree-care company.
+ Ability to prune and remove trees safely using machinery.
+ Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.
+ Proficient in the safe operation of chainsaws and other pruning equipment.
+ Excellent work habits and organizational skills.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ ISA Certified Arborist status and/or CDL is highly desirable but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Ability to wear necessary PPE.
+ Capability to withstand exposure to various weather conditions while completing work assignments.
+ Proficiency in operating and servicing all required tools and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to lift, move, and maneuver weights of 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds.
+ Gripping, climbing, balancing, pulling, and pushing.
+ Climbing on and off trucks.
