We are passionate about what we do while remaining true to our defining core values of: Putting People First, Doing Our Best Together, Making Therapy Fun, and Above All, We grow potentialJob DescriptionThe Clinic Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the support of our team and Clinic Management, tasked with assisting with administrative actions related to scheduling, operational resources, EMR, and communications support. This role will be asked to provide direct treatment in session on a consistent basis (25-50%), in balance with administrative support functions.
- Provides administrative support to Management and Technicians
- Perform closing duties daily
- Assist with the daily schedule to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient operations
- Performs administrative tasks including communications, invoices, reports, etc.
- Update records in EMR including patient information and timesheets
- Supports treatment sessions as necessary
- Performs office management tasks including maintaining records, and ordering supplies
- Organize and distribute supplies, materials, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the clinic
- Provide support to Clinic personnel during break coverages and transition periods
- Contributes to a motivating therapy environment
- Direct one on one naturalistic play based therapy in-clinic
- Implementing specified programs/procedures
- Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor

Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate with administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Willingness to obtain your RBT certification within 60 days of hire
- Extremely proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn
- Maintain empathy and promote positive teamwork and communication
