We're looking for someone to join our team as a Clinic Administrator who:The Clinic Administrator, in collaboration with the District Administrator/Director of Operations, is accountable for the day-to-day operations of a large FQHC site with various specialties and multiple floors serving over 500 patients daily. As the onsite representative of the administration, this role focuses on implementing best practices, managing CSV health centers, and supporting culture transformation for improved health outcomes and patient experiences. This position ensures operational efficiency through daily management, monitoring, and reporting health center objectives, demonstrating financial acumen, and acting as the primary point of contact for patients, employees, and providers.Essential Functions:* Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations of a large multifaceted health clinic, including budget management, appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and Joint Commission environment of care standards.* Communication: Foster open communication, participate in Huddles, and adhere to the Leader's Standard of Work.* Staff Management: Assign and delegate tasks to staff as needed and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Create staff schedules in collaboration with Assistant Practice Managers.* Provider Collaboration: Work with providers to enhance patient service and address open encounters.* Compliance: Ensure adherence to various entities' quality improvement guidelines and requirements.* Documentation: Create, manage, and communicate reference guides, standard work, and policies and procedures.* Patient Care Environment: Maintain an environment conducive to optimal patient care and customer service.* Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor health center efficiency through reports and dashboards.* Payroll and Productivity: Approve payroll, manage time off requests, and optimize resource productivity.* Staff Development: Motivate and mentor staff, understand billing systems, and maintain advanced software knowledge.* Procurement: Facilitate the purchase of medical equipment, tools, and supplies and manage office supply procurement.* Hiring and Training: Interview, select, and train new staff, conduct employee reviews, and coordinate training.* Professionalism: Uphold the highest level of professionalism in all relationships, prioritizing patient-centered strategies.* Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary areas, including Behavioral Health, CPSP, WIC, Eligibility, Facilities, Dental, and other CSV departments.* Timely Response: Respond to inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, understanding health center priorities.You'll be successful with the following qualifications:* Education: A bachelor's degree in business or health management from an accredited four-year institution is preferred, OR equivalent experience and education in a healthcare setting will be considered.* Supervisory Experience: Five (5) years of supervisory experience in healthcare.* Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership qualities.* Healthcare Leadership: Proven experience in a healthcare leadership or management role in a hospital setting preferred.* Managerial Experience: Managerial experience in a hospital setting is preferred.* Health Requirements: Adherence to Clinica Sierra Vista's employee health/immunization requirements or valid exemption request.Clinica Sierra Vista values human rights, goodwill, respect, inclusivity, equality, and recognizes that the organization derives its strength from a rich diversity of thoughts, ideas, and contributions.
