- Maintains clinic services by organizing patient operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring all staff functions
- Designs and implements clinic policies by establishing standards and procedures; measures results against standards and makes necessary adjustments
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
- Maintains workplace efficiency by planning and implementing clinic systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Sets and assigns appropriate work schedules ensuring adequate staffing is consistently met to meet operational needs
- Takes timely and appropriate steps to coach, retrain and/or performance manage team members aligned to performance expectations
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and summarizing information, identifying trends, and reporting issues in a timely fashion
- Escalates developing and/or emergency situations to the Director, Clinical OperationsEnsure compliance with Mia Aesthetics' policy and procedures as related to internal controls
Education & Experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and emotional intelligence
- Strong business acumen with the know-how to drive operational excellence
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and medical terminology
- Technologically savvy and comfortable with multiple applications and online platforms
- Physical dexterity and stamina; ability to actively participate throughout clinic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- 3+ Years' experience in administrative leadership role with direct reports in a clinic setting
- Holds and maintains an active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- HIPPA and OSHA certifications preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
