The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie has been caring for children throughout the Hudson Valley for over 175 years! We are excited to announce that we are opening a Children's Mental Health Clinic program in Ulster County, New York!This new level of service is an outpatient mental health clinic for children ages 5 to 21 and their families. We are currently seeking a dynamic Clinic Supervisor to provide oversight to our clinicians and administrative support professionals.$2,000 hiring bonus to be paid out incrementally over the course of 1 year. Subject to tax withholdings and appropriate 403b deductions, contributions and payroll deductions.Position Summary:This position functions as a part of a multidisciplinary team, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Executive Director for Clinical Program Development. The Clinic Supervisor will provide oversight to the administrative support professionals and the Clinicians at the Childrens Mental Health Clinic practice. This includes weekly clinical supervision with one to six clinicians, managing caseload allocation and productivity of providers, training, and maintaining a small caseload providing ongoing individual and family therapy using evidenced based treatment modalities.Schedule: Minimum 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call responsibilitiesLocation:368 Broadway in Kingston, NY.The Children's Home offers an outstanding benefit package which includes weekly pay, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a great work environment!
