- Manage a busy Express Care and Occupational Health Clinic
- Provide management oversight to the daily operations and implementation of strategic and operational plans for assigned clinics.
- Provide supervision and direction to the customer service, sales, and billing and operations staff.
- Complete administrative tasks such as payroll entry, PTO approvals, tracking attendance points, reimbursement requests, verifying charges, monitoring adherence to budget and ordering supplies.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the clinic activity, partnering with Management and Physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care.
- Ensure a focus on clinical patient service and maintaining a high degree of patient care at the clinic.
- Ensuring that patients and companies have the best experience possible and respond quickly to resolve complaints.
- Work jointly with the Operations Manager/Director in the operation of the clinic site in responding to both clinical and managerial needs.
- Assist Clinical staff as needed including helping with triaging as needed and collecting and properly documenting DOT and non-DOT Drug Screens Chain-of-Custody. Perform breath alcohol testing as needed in accordance with policy and Federal Regulations.
- Enter DOT physicals into the National Registry and simultaneously complete all tasks on 3 EMR systems Agility, EPIC Urgent Care, Epic Ambulatory
- Attend offsite wellness events
QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma/GED - Required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing/Patient Care, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration - Required
- 5 years In Lieu of Associate's degree, 5 years' experience in ambulatory clinic setting - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required - OR - must be obtained with 90 days of hire
- Department of Transportation (DOT) - Required
- Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) - Required
