ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for all operations and sales of your facility. This will include but not limited to; establishing and implementing clinical protocols and creating a culture of empathy and excellence. You will focus on building and implementing the processes that uphold the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensure there is a high quality of clinical care, focus on the patient, and outstanding customer service.

In this role you will work closely with the Lead Orthodontist to establish a winning clinic culture that is patient-friendly, enhances teamwork and productivity, and is based on integrity, transparency, and collective problem-solving.
HOW YOU'LL HAVE AN IMPACT:
- You will establish a winning clinic culture while developing, coaching, and leading a cross-functional team.
- Oversee the daily operation of the clinic, scheduling the staff, assigning the workloads, and managing the facilities to meet clinical, administrative, and operational support requirements.
- Own a P&L of $2M+ for the facility, including topline (revenue) and bottom line (expense) performance. Manage the finances of the clinic while ensuring the budget is being adhered to, forecasting the expenses, reviewing invoices, statements, receipts, and approving expenditures.
- Ownership of your team sales, ensuring clinics are hitting a 60% sales conversion rate, and providing best-class patient care so that all patients are excited to start treatment.
- Recruiting, developing, coaching, and leading a cross-functional team to ensure that each person is meeting their full potential. Evaluating and managing employee performance.
- Continuously spearheading quality improvement and initiative by reviewing, investigating, documenting, and resolving patient complaints.
- Use data and analytics in developing and recommending improvements for processes and systems within the clinics as well as operational performance.
- Lead by example and be able to effectively cover all (non-orthodontist) roles at the clinic, including jumping into new patient visits and delivering a best-in-class patient experience, filling in at the front desk when the clinic coordinator is out, handling patient correspondence, and chair side assisting for dental procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- P&L experience is strongly preferred. Including topline and bottom-line experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience required.
- Prior experience in supervising direct reports. Demonstrated strong team engagement and retention
- Must be willing and able to be onsite in the clinic each day
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business. This can include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be able to travel between clinics within the market if necessary for operations and patient care.
- Typical physical demands, twisting and ability to lift 45 lbs, able to stand for 8 hrs at a time, and coordinate movement of small instruments.
- Experience selling and providing sales coaching
- Working knowledge of the principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and training.
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative - you are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency.
