Job Summary

The Clinic Manager provides daily operational oversight for clinic providers. Works closely with peers (Business Office, Lab, Radiology) to the betterment of patient care. Supervises the registration and scheduling staff and the RN Supervisors of the Medical Assistants and Triage RN's. Participates in overall clinic quality initiatives. Collaborates to establish and maintain practice standards. Monitors customer service of Providers, Medical Assistants and Triage RN's.

Requirements: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Previous supervisory experience in a clinic required. Knowledge of and experience with primary care finances, including coding, billing, revenue and expenses as pertaining to primary care.

Wage

Depending on your work experience, you could earn an annual salary from $74,882 up to $108,578.
