Carrus Health is seeking a Clinic Manager (LMSW, LPC, LPC-A,LMFT, LCSW, or RN) for our new pediatric/adolescent behavioral health clinic inMcKinney (Carrus Cares McKinney).If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, we encourageyou to apply.!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Ensuresprogram complies with JCAHO, HCFA, state, and patient rights regulatorystandards.2. Ensuresinfection control, safety, and risk management policies are consistentlyimplemented at the facility.3. Coordinates,maintains, and evaluates the effectiveness of treatment planning.4. Processesunusual occurrence reports, conducts investigations, and corrective plans asneeded.5. Coordinatesperformance improvement activities and is responsible for the effectiveness ofthe program quality management activities.6. Monitorsmedical records for appropriate documentation of care and effectiveness of thetreatment plan.7. Evaluatesthe appropropriateness of all medical/psychiatric emergency interventionsperformed in the program.8. Monitorsand provides daily feedback as required related to core measures datacollection (HBIPS). QUALIFICATIONS: •Requiresmaster 's degree specializing in nursing, social work, or a clinical relatedmental health area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.•Threeyears of experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting is preferred.•Thoroughknowledge of JCAHO/HCFA, OSHA, state, and federal regulatory requirements ispreferred.LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS:•Requires current state license: LPC,LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or RN.•BLS certification is required upon hire.•De-escalation training is requiredwithin 30 days of hire.Carrus Hospital is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
