TITLE: Clinic managerLOCATION: 37 Everts Ave, Foothills ClinicTYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: ExemptPosition Overview:The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Article 16 Clinic/Foothills Clinic. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care to individuals served by the clinic by managing the planning and execution of individualized services. The Clinic Manager will work closely with the CWI leadership team to meet clinic goals and maintain an efficient, collaborative, and effective clinic environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaboration & Goal Achievement: Work closely with the VP/COO and other team members to ensure that the clinic meets its goals and objectives.Budget Management: Oversee the clinic's budget, ensuring financial tracking and follow-up on billing and payments.Staff Recruitment & Training: Lead efforts in hiring, training, and orienting new employees to clinic policies and practices.Supervision & Performance: Manage staff performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide guidance for continuous improvement.Team Leadership & Motivation: Delegate tasks effectively, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.Marketing & Stakeholder Relations: Promote clinic services to relevant stakeholders and ensure strong community relationships.Compliance & Recordkeeping: Ensure all recordkeeping meets agency standards, regulatory requirements, and client-specific needs.Corrective Actions: Develop and implement Plans of Corrective Action (POCA) when necessary to address deficiencies or areas for improvement.Treatment Coordination: Act as a treatment coordinator when needed, facilitating communication among team members, advocates, and clinicians.Policy Development: Develop and update clinic policies and procedures, ensuring staff awareness and adherence to changes.Administrative Duties: Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by the VP/COO, including potential participation in the Administrative On-call rotation.Other Duties: Perform any other responsibilities as requested.Qualifications:Education: A Master's degree is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or Management) is required.Experience: At least two years of experience working with developmentally disabled populations is required.
