About the PositionThe CCO Clinic Manager manages the efficient delivery of care across multiple systems and departments within a large, multi-physician oncology practice. They manage and lead front office operations, revenue cycle management, clinical support services, compliance, safety, and customer service, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality patient care. Collaborating with both administrative and medical staff, the CCO Manager ensures adherence to policies and procedures, promotes effective communication, and continuously optimizes the patient experience to meet the unique needs of oncology care.Shift Schedule:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for decision-making and consultation with CEO and Director of Operations. Acts as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the cancer center, serving as a liaison to facilitate clear and efficient communication between multiple departments, physicians, and administration to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
  • Participate in Leadership Meetings to ensure dissemination of information from Management and Administration
  • Develop operational plans and budgets for each fiscal year and monitor the progress and offer revisions as necessary.
  • Manage and enhance patient flow within the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensures that the day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with clinical practice standards and the policies & procedures of the Center.
  • Identify and implement strategies to streamline support staff workflows, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations to ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Providers and other department leaders to optimize provider schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and patient access
  • Maintains the financial integrity of the organization by overseeing time of service collections, staying up to date with managed care plans, and collaborating with FINCO.
  • Understands regulatory standards (AAAHC, CMS, and OSHA) and assists in preparation for and compliance with regulatory agency inspections/audits.
  • Serves as Patient Experience Champion for the center by reviewing Press Ganey patient satisfaction results. Monitors and addresses Google Reviews and address operational challenges promptly as they arise.
  • Conducts staff performance management activities which includes evaluating and providing timely feedback on performance annually and as needed.
  • Provides and maintains good communications and relationship management with all departments within the practice.
  • Oversees the daily work of staff, assists staff in prioritizing workloads when necessary, and ensures appropriate, daily staff coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned or necessary based on business needs
Team Leadership
  • Lead and oversee support staff, providing guidance, coaching, corrective counseling, development, and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team. Set goals and provide motivation and support to the team.
  • Provides fair and consistent leadership by fostering a skilled and motivated workforce through frequent department meetings to assess policies, procedures, and operational concerns.
  • Facilitate leader rounding activities to gather feedback and improve leadership effectiveness.
  • Leads by directing, delegating, and supervising task as needed to ensure the best possible delivery of service
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in health administration or related field
  • Required 3+ years of healthcare experience in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of continuous process improvement concepts and practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to master practice management software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
