Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead our team and help drive the next phase of our growth. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who excels in clinic operations, team leadership, and patient care coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency, quality care, and patient satisfaction
- Track credentialing and clinician agreements
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of professionals and administrative staff
- Address staff and clinician needs to maintain a productive and supportive environment
- Oversee staff time/leave management and payroll
- Assist with hiring and training
- Implement and uphold clinic policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards
- Drive patient engagement and retention strategies, aligning with our growth goals
- Collaborate with medical staff to streamline processes and deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Ensure financial targets are met, including budgeting, billing oversight, and cost management
- Prepare monthly financial reports to monitor business performance
- Manage AP, QuickBooks transactions, and monthly bank reconciliation
- Management reimbursement tracking
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners
- Develop and execute strategies for clinic expansion and increased patient services
- Coordinate with vendors related to IT, building maintenance, and supplies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and process improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or similar leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- A commitment to excellence and integrity in every aspect of clinic management
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving practice goals
- Knowledge of medical practice regulations, healthcare billing, and patient management systems, including HIPAA regulations.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance growth with operational excellence
- Experience with payroll, billing, and managing financial reports.
