Job Summary: Supervises all nurse functions in the Rural Health Clinics and specialty clinics. Has overall responsibility for RHC survey preparation as well as Joint Commission survey preparation of clinic facilities, including infection prevention, employee and provider education re: standards, documentation, policies, etc. Is able to assist physicians and providers with patient flow and documentation issues. Provides care and supervision that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility within the scope of practice for a LPN/RN under the supervision of a Physician/APRN.
Education/Regulatory Requirements & Experience: - Current LPN/RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma required.
- Previous work history that demonstrates steady attendance and punctuality is required.
- Previous work history in a physician's office required.
Language Skills: - Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred.
Skills: - Efficient electronic medical record and computer knowledge
