About the Role:We are seeking a highly qualified Clinic Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility located in Medical West, UAB. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and clinical aspects of the clinic, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care. As the Clinic Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing patient data.Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a clinic or medical facility.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reports.
  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that the clinic operates within financial constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage patient data, including medical histories, test results, and billing information.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic.
Skills:As the Clinic Office Manager, you will need to have strong leadership and management skills to effectively manage staff and ensure that the clinic operates efficiently. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders. In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations, and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance.
