Let's do this. Let's change the lives of one patient at a time. Bellin Health is currently seeking a Clinic RN / Team Facilitator. In this role, you will act as an internal resource for standards and measurements of compliance, as well as a resource for quality measurements and outcomes. In addition, you will act as a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
On a given day as a Clinic RN/Team Facilitator, you will play the role of a collaborator, educator, and advocate for the patients. You will spend time:- Ensuring a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary health care teams to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
- Coordinating the regulatory readiness activities of Bellin Medical and Specialty Groups.
- Facilitating and participating in quality control activities to validate work processes and outcomes.
- Using technology to manage information and analyze data to affect change.
- Utilizing and staying current with evidence-based practice standards
- Identifying educational activities, providing communication support, and organizing team learning activities
- Coordinating activities associated with a clinic survey.
- Leading, developing and building skills and knowledge of a team comprised of providers, nurses, and administrative staff. Total of 11 direct reports for both clinics.
- Participating in the interview process, along with managing performance metrics and addressing any issues
What do we expect of you? Well, we are all different so we will use your unique contributions to serve patients. The qualified Clinic RN/Team Facilitator we seek will encompass these qualifications:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Licensed in the state of practice required (RN must practice under the law and regulations governing nursing in the state of practice)
- One to two years of RN experience preferred.
- Experience leading a staff of healthcare professionals is required.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills, with ability to work with diverse groups of individuals, and motivate them to achieve their goals and metrics
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as an accountable self-starter and requires minimal direction and supervision.
- Solid problem solving and decision-making skills; focused on continuous improvement.
