Description: Will be answering roughly 70 inbound calls daily for the Clinic. Calls will mainly be to schedule appointments with the various departments that are onsite at the Chanhassen location. Skills: call center, epic Top Skills Details: call center,epic Additional Skills & Qualifications: EPIC is preferred, but they are open to people with call center or healthcare call center experience. This will be high volume with the 70 calls/day, so they want someone who has a good understanding of what that's like taking back to back calls.
