Praxis Health is seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to lead our team of clinic staff. Your responsibilities will include effective supervision of all providersand office staff and ensuring prompt and courteous services to our patients. You will oversee daily operation of the clinic to include maintenance of performance standards, schedules, use of the medical billing system and management reporting. You will also be responsible for adherence to HIPAA policies.
What We Are Looking For:
Supervisory and healthcare experience are both required for this position; health care management experience would be ideal. We are seeking someone who is confident in their abilities with direct patient care and who will come up-to-speed quickly. A creative problem solver and an exceptional people leader of professional staff is essential. Must have a deep understanding of working directly with patients and providers in a clinic setting.

General Physical Requirements:Manual dexterity for office machine operation including computer and calculator; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands for deliveries, or sitting for extended periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires walking on non-level surfaces, inside and outside the office, throughout the day. Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines.
