Services Coordinator for our Nye Legacy campus located in Fremont, NE. The Clinical Admin. Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring adequate and effective staff coverage. This role involves managing daily scheduling needs, monitoring payroll readiness, and supporting staff retention efforts.The Clinical Admin. Services Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining smooth staffing operations and ensuring quality resident care. People live, and work happy here!Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Monitor and respond to employee unexpected absences, ensure prompt coverage by contacting and scheduling replacements to maintain appropriate staffing levels.* Correct and key time entries in the system to ensure accurate payroll processing.* Track and manage the mentor program for the nursing department and collaborate with department leaders to monitor program outcomes.* Manage staffing agreements, ensuring compliance with staffing, payroll and HR policies.* Coordinate with team members to fill shifts and adjust staffing levels as necessary.* Ensure all timecards are completed, accurate, and ready for payroll processing by established deadlines.* Collaborate with HR and the payroll department to resolve any payroll discrepancies* Fill staffing gaps as they arise, including scheduling adjustments, shift swaps, and last-minute changes.* Troubleshoot staffing issues to maintain optimal levels of care for residents.* Ensure accurate documentation of staff assignments and resident counts.* Actively participate in staff retention programs, including fostering a positive work environment and supporting retention initiatives* Assist with employee engagement activities through the booster club, promoting team-building events, and enhancing workplace morale.Education & Experience* High school diploma or equivalent required.
