Job DescriptionJOB CATEGORY: ADMINISTRATIVE / CLINICAL / COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE Position will be 2 days remote and 3 days at the PMS Engagement Center in Albuquerque, NM after 90 days full-time in-person. POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Affairs Analyst performs improvement activities including research, data collection and analysis utilizing various systems and reports. Functioning as either a lead or team member, implements improvement initiatives throughout the company.QualificationsREQUIREMENTSEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree plus minimum two years' experience in healthcare, business, administrative, project management, or analytical field; OR Associate's degree plus minimum four years' experience in healthcare, business, administrative, project management, or analytical field; OR high school diploma / GED plus minimum six years' experience in healthcare, business, administrative, project management, or analytical field.
  • Experience managing projects and group facilitation. Experience providing training.
  • Computer experience required including proficiency in spreadsheets, report production and databases. Electronic Health Records (E.H.R.) experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully manage complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, make decisions and develop solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to write professional reports.
  • Detailed knowledge of The Joint Commission Ambulatory and Behavioral Health and Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) standards preferred, as well as familiarity or direct knowledge of Uniform Data Systems (UDS) reporting requirements and required measures.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
  • May be required to use personal transportation to carry out job duties.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Must provide a current motor vehicle record.
  • Must provide current personal owner liability automobile insurance and must maintain the insurance coverage throughout the course of employment in this position.
  • Must submit to a motor vehicle record check on an as needed basis and maintain a satisfactory driving record that is within the limitations of PMS Human Resources Policy II.D.3, Automobile Usage, and applicable state and federal laws.
  • Must comply with PMS Policies on Automobile Usage, II.D.3, Drug Free Workplace, III.H and applicable state and federal laws.
  • May be required to complete transportation related trainings.
