Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARYClinical and Product Support Specialist will be the go-to person for in servicing devices and any technical issues arising from customer claims.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOn-site Diagnostic Equipment installation and training (in service).Support Sales Force in other product installation and in servicing, as required by Operations Manager from time to time.Receive all product quality claims. Interview clients raising claims, file report and communicate with HQ for prompt resolution.Support Operations Manager/Sales Director in organizing Clinical Training events, Congress, Organization etc.Support Operations and Training Manager in Sales Reps training activities on-site and in the fieldConfiguring and Building Diagnostic Equipment based upon order configuration (Other than IT)Provide in depth support and training to enable clinicians have a comprehensive understanding of the products offered, troubleshooting techniques, and clinical applications.Develop relationships with key opinion leaders within territories.Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitive products in the market.Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the product/sales cycle and be a resource to Sales representativesOrganize supply of literature and support materials for customersEnsure communication to customers is clear and correct while possessing good organization skills and a professional attitude.Attend trade shows when requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:Ability to multi-task and manage multiple prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skills; good telephone manners; excellent listenerAbility to handle customer issues while delivering exceptional customer serviceMust be quality focused and able to analyze informationExperience in the medical device sales support would be beneficialEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDLPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) or applicable Bachelors degreeManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
