Position Overview:

2 possible positions available: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support team members in either an MA or Nursing capacity to join our team. This role will support our healthcare professionals by performing clinical tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Record patients' medical histories, vital signs, and other information.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
  • Provide support during medical procedures and help with patient mobility as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work as directed or needed; Can/will include triage, quality measure training and documentation and learning new skills as needed.
  • Expected to assist in workplace efficiency, quality improvement at all levels, assisting with policies and procedures and taking initiative.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
  • Previous 5 years experience minimum in a clinical or healthcare setting is a must
  • Strong organizational, multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with detail oriented ability and high clinical decision making skills.
  • Computer proficiency, familiarity and ability to learn multiple medical software platforms.
  • CPR / BLS certification required.
