It is our mission to protect Tarrant County children from child abuse through teamed investigations, healing services, and community education.Alliance For Children is a fully accredited member of the National Childrens Alliance , a membership association of over 700 Childrens Advocacy Centers and is a founding member of Childrens Advocacy Centers of Texas .Please visit our website at www.AllianceForChildren.org for more information.Clinical Assistant: Part Time/Bilingual (Spanish/English)The Clinical Assistant supports the clinical team at their designated center and is responsible for greeting clients as they enter the building, assisting them with any needs or questions that they may have and notifying the clinical members when their clients arrive. Job Duties/Essential Functions: Responsible for weekly reminder calls for both individual and group clients and/or contacting clients through communication AppSend letters to clients as neededRoute all subpoenas for their designated centerAssemble monthly graduation baskets and print graduation certificatesRetrieve closed files from the Access programResponsible for entering weekly group attendanceSupervise volunteers on an as needed basisOther job duties as requested by immediate supervisor or Chief Executive OfficerDocument any client contact in databaseScan documents into database as neededAssist group leaders and clients with tele-mental health questionsUpdate Service Assessments in database on a weekly/monthly basisAssist with reporting requirements on an as needed basisKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: High School or GEDBilingual: English/Spanish abilities requiredTwo years of relative work experienceMust have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, some knowledge of PowerPoint, and be familiar with virtual platformsStrong communication skills; be a team playerStrong organizational skills; self-starterMust have valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance if driving for agency purposesMust successfully complete annual criminal and civil background checksAble to maintain confidentiality and present in a positive, professional manner at all timesPhysical Requirements: Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel and twist on an intermittent and sometimes continuous basisAble to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers and reach overheadAble to operate a telephone and computerAble to lift up to 20 lbs.Moderate independent travel by private auto requiredMission:The mission of Alliance For Children is to protect Tarrant County children from child abuse through teamed investigations, healing services, and community education.Application:Please submit your resume and complete an application detailing your qualifications for this positionPId4311b77cf44-26289-#######7
