Responsibilities:
- Provide Collaborative Nursing Support- including support in the queue, lab follow-up calls, administrative tasks
- Maintain Efficient Patient Flow
- Room Patients
- Take Vitals
- Perform Lab Draws
- Administer Appropriate Injections
- Other Duties as Requested or Assigned
Qualifications:Medical Assistant -
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Current CPR Certification is Required
- Current Certified MA or Registered MA is Preferred (must be willing to obtain certification/registration within 6 months of hire)
- 2-3 Years of Experience Preferred, Oncology Experience Helpful
Clinical Assistant -
- Current CPR Certification is Required
- 2-3 Years of Experience Preferred, Oncology Experience Helpful
- One of the Following is Required:
- Diploma or equivalent from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 1 year direct care experience
