Job Requirements Apassion for helping seniors A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work every other weekend Job Responsibilities Initiate the medical record for all newresident admissions in accordance with the current state, federal and localguidelines and uploading the documents into our electronic documentationsystemsAssist with scheduling in-house/outsidemedical appointmentsAssist with the scheduling and tracking ofmonthly staff trainingsParticipate in CPR/First Aid Instructortraining and provide CPR/First Aid trainings as needed for staffAssist with interviewing and onboarding of staff Qualifications Must have a high school diploma and be atleast 21 years of age with at least two years' experience in a geriatricsetting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community settingCertificates/ Licenses: Current Driver'sLicense, C.N.A. or Medication Technician preferred.
