Job Overview:TheClinical Care Professionalrole at Lehigh Valley Health Network requires a Registered Nurse with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team, providing professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, recognizing the need for and initiating collaboration/communication with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and taking actions to proactively resolve patient needs.Demonstrates commitment to quality and safety, utilizing evidence-based practice in accordance with established policies and procedures.Uses effective and appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication styles with patients, significant others, visitors, staff, and professional colleagues.Coordinates and provides patient and family education throughout treatment course to facilitate an effective transition of care.Functions as a department team member to support unit and hospital goals and objectives.Requirements:Graduate of accredited Nursing program.Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice.Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care.Basic computer skills.American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire.RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Nursing.Compensation:The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 based on experience.About Us:Lehigh Valley Health Network is a vibrant and diverse workforce committed to delivering excellence in healthcare.
