The Clinical Care Technician (CCT) candidates are eligible for sign-on bonus up to $7,500 (new to Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services). The Clinical Care Technician (CCT) is responsible for direct patient care in a hospital setting. CCT's will give medication in accordance with treatment plans and policy. CCT's document and report errors via specific software and reporting mechanisms. Must be able to communicate in a written, verbal, and electronic manner that is open, factual, respectful, clear, concise, as well as addressed to the appropriate parties with the intention of effectively building positive interactions with others. CCT's must be able to learn and effectively use the OneMind Electronic Health Record.
